Jimmy Garoppolo will miss a minimum of six weeks after aggravating his right ankle sprain.
Garoppolo could be out even longer if he undergoes surgery.
Garoppolo appeared to tweak his ankle earlier in the game and play through it but he was removed with 14:02 to go in the San Francisco 49ers' loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
