Tebow Works At Quarterback, Special Teams
Oct 31, 2014 7:21 AM
Tim Tebow wrapped up his first week of activities with the Jets on Thursday as a special teams player.
New York's backup quarterback, in the first OTA practice open to the media, was used as the "up" back on the punt team.
Tebow's role will evolve, but so far he's the No. 2 quarterback/personal protector.
"It's definitely something I'm trying to get used to," he said. "It's unique, but it's fun. (I'm) having a good time out there."
