As time counts down on the Vikings and the legislative session in Minnesota, sides are scrambling to put together a plan that will put into motion an initiative to construct a new stadium.
The project calls for contributions from the state, local government and the franchise owned by Zygi Wilf.
According to a report in the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the Vikings are going forward "knowing they will have to pay roughly 40 percent" to complete the deal.
