Eagles quarterback Kevin Kolb and linebacker Stewart Bradley both failed their concussion tests on Wednesday.
Philadelphia coach Andy Reid did say that both players have made progress this week. They both suffered concussions in Sunday's loss to Green Bay.
Reid said quarterback Michael Vick will run the offense in practice Wednesday and Thursday and "we'll take Friday as it comes."
