Titans coach Jeff Fisher says that he has considered starting Vince Young in one of the team's preseason games. "Part of the preseason process is to put people in different situations and scenarios, so it's not unlikely that Vince wouldn't have a start. There is a chance that Vince will start a preseason game as we move forward," Fisher said Monday, according to the Tennessean. "And we'll give Pat a chance to play a little earlier in the game." Kerry Collins is expected to start the team's second preseason game on Saturday. Fisher could give Young a start down the line to help decide between the former Texas Longhorn and Patrick Ramsey as the team's backup.
