Redskins Get Jarmon In Supplemental Draft

The Washington Redskins have selected Kentucky defensive end Jeremy Jarmon in the third round of the NFL supplemental draft.
The Redskins will give up their third-round pick in the 2010 NFL draft.
Jarmon acknowledged in May he had been declared ineligible for his senior season by the NCAA because he tested positive for a banned substance. He said the result came from a dietary supplement.
The Redskins say he's the first player they've ever taken in a supplemental draft.
