Georgia's Knowshon Moreno and Ohio State's Chris "Beanie" Wells have been mentioned as possibilities. When asked by the Times-Picayune in March if the Saints had addressed enough of their defensive needs in free agency to draft a running back, coach Sean Payton said, "I think that's fair to say."
