The Dallas Cowboys defeated the New York Giants by a final score of 24-17.

The Cowboys had a +7.0 advantage in the Trench Counter, as they averaged 10.0 yards per pass and 5.5 yards per rush while giving up 5.8 per pass and 4.3 per rush.

Tony Romo had 307 yards on 22-for-29 passing, along with three touchdowns and one interception. Romo found Kevin Ogletree early and often, connecting for eight completions for 114 yards and two touchdowns. Romo also iced the game by connecting with Ogletree on a third down just before the two-minute warning. 

Ogletree was targeted 11 times by Romo, compared to five for Dez Bryant and four for Miles Austin. 

Romo found Austin for a touchdown with 6:12 remaining in the fourth quarter to go up two touchdowns.

DeMarco Murray also had an outstanding game, running the ball 20 times for 131 yards (6.6 average) including one 48-yard run.

DeMarcus Ware had two sacks and five tackles.

Eli Manning threw for 213 yards on 21-for-32 passing. Victor Cruz caught six balls for 58 yards, but was targeted 11 times and had several drops.
