Will Redskins Pass On Ingram At No. 10?

Mike Reiss of ESPN.com believes it will be tough for the Redskins to pass on running back Mark Ingram if he's on the board when they use the 10th overall pick. "The Redkins don't have third- and fourth-round picks, and I could envision a first-round scenario in which that leads them to Ingram," Reiss wrote.

Fairley Has Eight Visits Scheduled With Top-10 Teams

Auburn defensive tackle Nick Fairley is scheduled to meet with eight teams in the near future. The Cowboys and Cardinals are the only teams picking in the Top 10 that he hasn't lined up a visit with. That means he has meetings scheduled with the Panthers, Broncos, Bills, Bengals, Browns, 49ers, Titans and Redskins.

Texas A&M linebacker Von Miller has upcoming visits with the Broncos, Browns, Titans, 49ers and Redskins, according to an NFL source. Miller is also scheduled to attend the Cowboys local workout day. The Butkus Award winner has a previous private workout with the Broncos, a meeting with Cardinals general manager Rod Graves and a visit with the Bills.

The Redskins recently asked The Washington Post to remove the name "Redskins" from team-related webcasts and its blog about the team, according to sources. The Post agreed and the blog, originally named "Redskins Insider," was changed to "Football Insider." According to The Post, the Redskins have strictly limited the use of their name without authorization over the past several years.

Atogwe Signs $26M Deal With Redskins

The Redskins and safety Oshiomogho Atogwe have agreed to a five-year, $26 million contract. Atogwe signed the deal Thursday, two weeks after he was cut following six seasons with the Rams. Kareem Moore started 11 games at free safety for Washington last season but was inconsistent and finished the season on injured reserve.

Redskins Cut Derrick Dockery

The Redskins have released veteran guard Derrick Dockery. Dockery, who was owed $3.82 million for the coming season, said that coach Mike Shanahan informed him of his release Tuesday. He only suited up for five games last season.
