Chargers Sign First Draftee

Nov 4, 2014 9:51 AM

The San Diego Chargers signed their seventh round pick out of Bowling Green on Wednesday. Scott Mruczkowski will complete at center for the Chargers. "I actually came to Bowling Green at the beginning of my career as a tackle," Mruczkowski explained. "I played there my first year?I got redshirted, so I practiced there?and after that I got switched over to guard for the 2001-2002 season. I played guard for two years and then for my junior and senior years I was moved to center. The initially wanted to move me to left tackle because we had an injury there, but the guy out there got healthy so they moved me to center."
