NFL analyst Mike Mayock expects Michael Vick's high play to continue indefinitely.
?I?ve watched impressive play from Vick for 10 consecutive quarters,? Mayock said during his weekly live chat on NFL.com. ?I trust the tape more than I trust the numbers, and they?re both very, very good. At this point, Vick is playing at an extremely high level and he?s doing it with consistency. Unless he reverts back to the wildly erratic QB from Atlanta, I would expect to see him perform at a high level throughout the year.?

Browns Interested In Kevin Kolb
The Browns are reportedly interested in Kevin Kolb, who is now backing up Michael Vick for the Eagles.
Browns general manager Tom Heckert, who came from the Eagles, drafted Kolb in the second round in 2007 out of Houston.
Eagles Receive Several Trade Calls For Kolb
The Philadelphia Eagles have received numerous calls about the availability of quarterback Kevin Kolb from several teams, according to a senior team official.
"We have had calls," the team official said Wednesday.
When asked Wednesday whether Kolb would be on the Eagles' roster after the Oct. 19 trade deadline, Andy Reid said, "Listen, I can't predict anything down that far, nobody in this league can do that."
Eagles Pick Vick To Start For Remainder Of Season
Andy Reid named Michael Vick starter of the Eagles for the rest of the season.
Vick, whom Reid called ?an ex-superstar who now has regained his abilities,? played well in the six quarters since Kolb was injured in the season opener, especially as the starter in a 35-32 victory over the Lions last Sunday in which he completed 21 of 34 passes for 284 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Eagles To Start Kolb Over Vick In Week 3
Philadelphia Eagles coach Andy Reid said Kevin Kolb will be the starting quarterback at Jacksonville on Sunday, despite two impressive performances by Vick.
Kolb, who suffered a concussion during a season-opening loss to the Green Bay Packers, has been cleared to practice, is making good progress and "looking great," a team source told NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora on Monday.
"I think it's a beautiful situation," Reid said Monday. "I look at it a lot differently than other people look at it. I've got two quarterbacks that can play at a very important position. I'm a happy guy about it. There are a lot of teams that don't have good quarterbacks, ones that they feel like they can win with, and I feel like we can with both of those guys."
Vick: I'm 10 Times Better Than I Was Four Years Ago
Michael Vick had a highly productive start in Philadelphia's Week 2 win at Detroit.
"I'm 10 times better than I was four years ago,'' Vick told Peter King. "I've learned so much about the position, about being a complete quarterback, from Andy and Marty. How to stay active back there, how to make good decisions, or they'll be down my throat. I like that. It's something I need.''
Vick Preparing For First Start In Four Years
Eagles quarterback Michael Vick will start on Sunday against the Lions.
The game will mark his first start in four years as he covers for injured starter Kevin Kolb, who suffered a concussion last weekend.
The last time he started a game was on Dec. 31, 2006, with the Falcons.
"My primary focus is to put this team in position to win," Vick said. "That's the ultimate goal. You can't go out and try to prove yourself because that adds more pressure to this game."
Kolb, Bradley Fail Concussion Tests
Eagles quarterback Kevin Kolb and linebacker Stewart Bradley both failed their concussion tests on Wednesday.
Philadelphia coach Andy Reid did say that both players have made progress this week. They both suffered concussions in Sunday's loss to Green Bay.
Reid said quarterback Michael Vick will run the offense in practice Wednesday and Thursday and "we'll take Friday as it comes."
Reid: Kolb Remains No. 1 QB
Michael Vick impressed in relief of injured quarterback Kevin Kolb on Sunday, but Eagles coach Andy Reid says there is no controversy.
"Kevin Kolb's the number one quarterback," Reid said.
Vick could start Sunday, however, if Kolb, who suffered a concussion in the loss to Green Bay, isn't cleared to play.
"There's a chance this week (Vick) might be called on, with Kevin's situation," Reid said.
NFLPA Doctor Clears Eagles
NFL Players Association medical director Dr. Thom Mayer has concluded that the Eagles followed proper procedure when they allowed quarterback Kevin Kolb and linebacker Stewart Bradley to return to play Sunday after both players sustained hits that would later warrant their removal with a concussion diagnosis.
Under league guidelines adopted last year, a player who suffers a concussion should not return to play or practice the same day if a player has a loss of consciousness or "shows signs of confusion as evidenced by disorientation."
Mayer requested a copy of the game tape and began a fact-finding probe to determine why Kolb and Bradley were allowed to return to the game in the second quarter, but then determined to have severe enough concussion symptoms at halftime to cause the Eagles to sideline both.
"Did the Eagles follow the guidelines? The answer appears to be yes," Mayer told ESPN's Chris Mortensen.
"The next question may be even though the current guidelines are a heck of a lot better than they used to be, do we need to re-visit the idea of having an independent neurologist on the sidelines to be absolutely certain?"

Kevin Kolb suffered a concussion on a big hit from Clay Matthews.
