Sep 14, 2014 12:08 AM

The chances of T.J. Houshmandzadeh signing with the Eagles appear to have vanished after a report that receiver's agent lied to the team's management. Houshmandzadeh's agent, Kennard McGuire, called the Eagles on Friday and claimed his client would sacrifice salary in order to play in Philadelphia, according to sources. However, the Eagles inquired around the league and discovered that the receiver was actually asking for more money than he was from other clubs.
