Jets' Coach Eric Mangini says that backup quarterback Kellen Clemens is not on the trading block, according to New York Daily News.
"First of all, I don't really guarantee," Mangini said of not trading Clemens. "That's not the business I'm in, but I fully, fully, fully anticipate Kellen being on the roster on opening day - unless something earth-shattering happens."

Favre Unlikely To Play In Jets' Preseason Finale
Quarterback Brett Favre isn't likely to play for the Jets in their preseason finale against the Eagles, according to The New York Post.
Philadelphia Coach Andy Reid rarely plays his starters in the finale, which could make the decision easier for New York's Eric Mangini.
"I want to see how practice goes," Mangini said. "We have a short week."
Favre has campaigned for more snaps, but he was removed at halftime of the team's game against the Giants this past weekend.
"We came in at halftime (Saturday) and he said, 'Brett, I'm going to shut you down,' " Favre said. "I understood. I wasn't mad. I just said, 'I'd like to get a score,' but that's OK."
"I'll present my side (for playing against the Eagles) and say, 'Hey, I'd love to play a series, two series, whatever.' If he says, 'Brett, it just ain't worth it,' then so be it."
Jets Changing Playbook For Favre?
Brett Favre has hinted that he's battling information overload and he has asked the Jets' coaches to scale back, according to The New York Daily News.
"I don't want to think, I want to react," Favre said Monday.
Jets offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer is trying to incorporate some Green Bay concepts into New York's playbook.
"I think the good thing is, we're talking about it and we're being smart about it," Favre said.
Favre Throws TD Pass In Jets Debut

Esiason: Favre Will Get 'Rude Awakening' in New York
Former Jets' quarterback Boomer Esiason believes that Brett Favre will receive a 'rude awakening' in New York, according to Bloomberg News.
"It has so many different opinions, from newspapers, to talk-show hosts on radio, to television reporters, that Brett Favre will have a rude awakening," Esiason said in an interview with Bloomberg Radio's 'On the Ball'. "He's a sensitive guy that's going to have to get used to this New York media."
Esiason made a similar move, from Cincinnati to New York, during his career.
"He has not played one down for the New York Jets, and it's just not going to be that easy for a 39-year-old quarterback to learn a new playbook, new players, and a new coaching staff and expect some sort of smooth transition here," Esiason added.
Pack's Favre Deal Included Souvenirs, Blog
Green Bay's proposed $20 million marketing deal for Brett Favre included a merchandise line, autographs, personal appearances and a blog, according to The Associated Press.
"We do want to have a long-term relationship with Brett," Packers president and CEO Mark Murphy said in a news conference. "He will always be a Packer and he's very important to this organization."
Even though Favre turned down the deal in favor of returning to play and was traded to the New York Jets last week, the team are expected to offer him a similar agreement once he retires for good.
Favre's Throwing Arm Is 'Fatigued'
Brett Favre said that his right arm felt fatigued, but not sore, after his fifth practice with the Jets, according to Newsday.
"My arm's kind of dragging a little bit today," the quarterback said Wednesday. "It's not really sore, but just fatigued. To be honest with you, I'm surprised that, I don't want to say I feel good, that I've been able to make it through every practice so far."
He is scheduled to start for the Jets this weekend against the Redskins.
"I didn't throw the ball that well this morning, underthrew some throws," Favre said. "No pain, but I'm 38 years old. It's going to be fatigued a little bit."
Favre Will Start Against Redskins
Brett Favre will start for the Jets in their preseason game against the Redskins next Saturday, according to The Associated Press.
"It's been difficult," Favre said after practicing for the first time with his new team on Saturday. "It's a pretty difficult offense to learn, and I'm sure the one I've been in the last 16 years has been difficult, too. It'll take some time, but I think we'll be fine."
"I'm not going to sit here and tell you that I've got this offense down, that I know every guy in the locker room or they know me," Favre said after he learned that Eric Mangini had named him the starter for their next game. "It's a routine, and I'm just kind of following them. That's different for me."
