With the Jets 5-1 and Giants 4-2, the media is beginning talk of a potential 'Subway' Super Bowl happening in Dallas.
Brian Leonhard thinks it will be "insane" around New york if both teams get to the Super Bowl this season. "We're going to do our best to do our part," he said. "If they happen to do theirs, that would be a lot of fun."
"The opponent doesn't matter to me," Rex Ryan said. "It could be the Giants, be Dallas, it could be anybody. As long as we're there, I couldn't care less who we play."
In the Super Bowl era, the Giants are 4-0 in NFC Championship Games. The Jets are 1-3 in AFL/AFC Championship Games. The teams have never made it to a conference championship game in the same season.

Romo Breaks Collarbone In Loss To Giants
Tony Romo broke his left collarbone in the second quarter, then his Cowboy' teammates let a 13-point lead turn into a 41-35 loss to the Giants on Monday night that helps send both teams in opposite directions in the NFC East, according to an Associated Press report.
Giants Sign Shayne Graham
The Giants signed veteran kicker Shayne Graham on Saturday with Lawrence Tynes nursing a sprained ankle.
Tynes sprained his left, non-kicking ankle on Friday during practice and it doesn't look like he'll be able to play on Sunday.
Graham, 32, spent the past seven seasons with the Bengals.
Giants Could Give Jacobs More Carries
The Giants may award running back Brandon Jacobs more carries after a change in attitude following his blowout against the Colts earlier in the season.
"When he's running the way he's running now, that's what you'd like to see: more decisive," offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride said.
"He got more opportunities. He actually had been doing a good job for us ? those short yardage plays, he's been very effective. We get him back to the line of scrimmage and he's been able to power his way over some people and make the first down for us, keep us on the field."
In his past three games, Jacobs has rushed 20 times for 120 yards and two touchdowns, mostly because he's been running straight ahead, not side to side.
"It isn't going from a scat back to a power back. It's the same guy," Gilbride said. "What he's doing, he's being a little bit more trusting of his reads and of his decisions. And when he does that and he turns himself north-south with the correct read, he's a special guy. Right now he's been making good decisions. And that, coupled with his determination and his size, has made him effective for us."
Jacobs Recovers From Being Mentally 'Screwed Up'
Nobody was happier when Brandon Jacobs scored a one-year touchdown in Sunday's 34-10 win over the Texans than Brandon Jacobs.
?My enthusiasm is right where it needs to be,? Jacobs said after the game. ?I was kind of screwed up mentally last week. But I got past it and here we are today.?
Jacobs was asked what 'screwed' him up mentally against the Bears.
?I?m not going to bring it up. I?m not going to talk about it. It?s something I have to deal with myself.?
Jacobs had 10 carries during Sunday's game.
?It felt great. It felt just like that,? Jacobs said of a one-two backfield punch. ?I like watching Ahmad because there are some things he does when I look at (running backs coach Jerald Ingram), and I?m like, ?Jerald, how did he get 5 yards out of that? What the hell did he do to get 5 yards? I cannot do that.? ?
Cutler Suffers Concussion Against Giants
Bears quarterback Jay Cutler suffered a concussion on Sunday night against the Giants and his status for Week 5 is in question.
Cutler didn't return in the second half after New York sacked him nine times in the first and second quarter.
He had gone 8-for-11 with 42 yards and an interception.
"You know, of course sometime in the first half," Lovie Smith said when asked when Cutler suffered the concussion.
"He took some hits, so it's hard to say exactly when. Right now, I don't have all of that information. But we need to protect him more. You can only take so much, and tonight was a little too much for him."
Tiki: Coughlin 'In Crisis'
Tiki Barber thinks coach Tom Coughlin is losing his grip on the Giants and has a crisis on his hands, according to an ESPN.com report.
"He is in a crisis because of the perception that he is losing his team," Barber said Thursday morning on a conference call for his induction into the Giants' Ring of Honor on Sunday. "We all know that especially in New York, once the media and the perception becomes a reality, you start fighting against it. And when you are fighting against something that is not necessarily real, you make it real. That is why he is in a crisis."
