Brown told The Associated Press on Wednesday night that he plans to play in 2007 and would like to stay in New England.

Troy Brown Hopes To Finish Career With Patriots
Veteran Troy Brown acknowledged Wednesday that he had offseason knee surgery, after saying in an earlier interview that he intends to play next season and hopes to finish his career with the Patriots.
"My intentions are to play. That's what the deal is," the 35-year-old unrestricted free agent said Wednesday before attending the Catholic Schools Foundation scholarship dinner. "But we'll see what happens. I'm not writing anything in stone or anything, but my intentions are to play."
Stallworth Signs With New England
According to ESPN.com, citing a league source, Dont? Stallworth has agreed to a six-year deal with the New England Patriots worth a little more than $30 million with almost $12 million guaranteed.
In 12 games last season, Stallworth?s first with the Eagles after arriving in a trade with the Saints, Stallworth had 38 receptions for 725 yards and five touchdowns. He missed four games with a hamstring injury.
Gisele's Family Says She Isn't Pregnant
Disputing reports that Gisele Bundchen is pregnant with Tom Brady's baby, the Bundchen family says it isn't true.
The $30 million catwalker's father as well as her sister, Raquel, told the media that the Brady baby buzz was bogus - Gisele is not pregnant with Brady's child.
"It is not true," G.'s papa, Valdir, told O Dia gossip columnist Sabrina Grimberg. "I speak with Gisele every day and she would have told me."
Meanwhile, sister Raquel told Ego.Globo.com that the family was shocked, just shocked, when they read the news on the Internet. "It is clear that Gisele is not pregnant. She is well and has lots of commitments (meaning modeling gigs)," said the supermodel's sis.
Stallworth Still Mulling Options
Wide receiver Donte Stallworth came and went from Foxboro yesterday without a signed contract, which is a departure from the way the Patriots have done business so far this dizzying free agency season.
There were various reports last night that the Pats had made a hard-to-believe, six-year, $32 million offer to Stallworth.
Sources said Stallworth would make trips to Tennessee and Miami the next few days, and then choose between the various offers.
There were other reports that Stallworth actually agreed to a deal, but those were apparently false alarms.
Graham Agrees To Five-Year Deal With Broncos
After losing defensive end Patrick Kerney to the Seahawks in a bidding war, the Broncos weren't going to be outdone.
The Broncos outbid the Seahawks for Patriots tight end Daniel Graham in a negotiation that went well into Tuesday night. Graham ended up with a five-year, $30 million deal from the Broncos that included $15 million in guarantees.

Adam Schefter of NFL.com is reporting that Donte Stallworth has agreed to a deal with the New England Patriots.

New England Acquires Wes Welker Via Trade
The New England Patriots acquired wide receiver Wes Welker from the Miami Dolphins today in exchange for undisclosed draft selection compensation.
Welker, 25, is a veteran of three NFL seasons and has played in 47 career games with three starts for the San Diego Chargers (one game in 2004) and Miami Dolphins (2004-06). The 5-foot-9-inch, 195-pound wide receiver was the Dolphins? leading receiver with 67 catches for 687 yards and a touchdown in 2006, and has led Miami in both punt returns and kickoff returns in each of the last three seasons.
Belichick Wants Moss
League sources on Sunday night indicated that Bill Belichick has long been enamored with Randy Moss and would welcome the opportunity to bring him to Foxboro for the right price.
Moss is on the block after two disappointing seasons in Oakland. The Raiders have worked on a deal that would send the mercurial wide receiver to Green Bay, with the Packers offering quarterback Aaron Rodgers and the Raiders holding out for a first-round pick, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
