Eric Fisher Off To Slow Start After Being Top Overall Pick

The Kansas City Chiefs are 3-0, but haven't received a huge boost from top overall pick Eric Fisher.

Fisher is playing right tackle and was called for holding twice, while also giving up at least two sacks in Week 3.

Pro Football Focus graded Fisher as allowing five pressures.

Jamaal Charles Takes Hernandez's Spot As Puma Endorser

Jamaal Charles has signed a two-year endorsement deal with Puma.

Charles takes the spot of Aaron Hernandez, who was previously a Puma athlete. Hernandez was dropped following his arrested on a murder charge.

The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Dallas Cowboys 17-16 as Alex Smith improved to 12-2-1 over his past 15 starts.

The Chiefs had a +4.9 advantage in the Trench Counter, averaging fewer yards per play, but won the turnover battle 2-0. Kanas City and Dallas had the same number of completions and rushes.

Smith went 21-for-36 for 223 yards and two touchdowns, while rushing for another 57 yards. Jamaal Charles rushed 16 times for 55 yards, while catching eight balls for 48 yards and a touchdown.

Tony Romo went 30-for-42 for 298 yards and one touchdown. Dez Bryant rebounded from a bad Week 1, catching nine times for 141 yards and one touchdown.

The Cowboys struggled to establish the running game, gaining just 37 yards on 16 attempts.

The Kansas Chiefs had one of Week 1's most impressive performances with a 28-2 win at the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Chiefs had a +15.7 edge in The Trench Counter, as they averaged 2.1 more yards per play and had zero turnovers against two from the Jaguars. Kansas City also had a +7 advantage in Total Rushes/Completions.

Alex Smith went 21-for-34 for 173 yards, two touchdowns and another 25 on the ground in his Chiefs' debut. Jamaal Charles rushed 15 times for 77 yards and a touchdown.

Blaine Gabbert went 16-for-35 for 121 yards and two interceptions.
