The Houston Texans have agreed to acquire Laremy Tunsil from the Miami Dolphins for two first round picks and one second round picks.

The Texans and Dolphins were previously discussing a Tunsil trade involving Jadeveon Clowney, who was traded to the Seattle Seahawks.

Tunsil will become Houston's left tackle.

The Seattle Seahawks have agreed to acquire Jadeveon Clowney from the Houston Texans.

The deal is contingent upon all players passing their physicals.

Clowney rejected a deal with the Miami Dolphins, but will travel to Seattle for his physical with the Seahawks.

The Houston Texans have spoken to as many as five teams about a trade for Jadeveon Clowney.

While the most significant talks have come with the Miami Dolphins, the Texans have also spoken to the Philadelphia Eagles, Seattle Seahawks, Washington Redskins and New York Jets.

Clowney cannot be traded without first signing his franchise tag tender.

The Miami Dolphins have interest in trading for Jadeveon Clowney.

Clowney has yet to sign his one-year tender with the Houston Texans.

The Dolphins recently met with Clowney and they hope to persuade him to accept a trade.

Lamar Miller will miss the entire 2019 season with a torn ACL.

Miller suffered the injury during Saturday's preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys.

"It's very difficult to lose a guy like Lamar, for a lot of reasons. He's a great pro. He's just an awesome guy in the locker room," Bill O'Brien said after the game.

Miller had 973 yards on 210 carries last season for the Houston Texans and was entering the final season of a four-year contract.

The Houston Texans aren't sure when Jadeveon Clowney plans to report to training camp.

"I don't know. I really don't," Bill O'Brien said when asked. "I know he's working hard. He's out there working out ... he's in shape. He's doing everything he needs to do to be ready to play. But ultimately that's up to him (when he reports). When he wants to show up, he'll show up, and he'll be ready to go. He's a professional. When that happens, we'll move forward with that. But I have no idea when he'll be here. I can't predict that."

It has previously been reported that Clowney would report after the third preseason game.

The Cleveland Browns have traded Duke Johnson Jr. to the Houston Texans for a fourth round pick in 2020 that can become a third round pick.

The Browns had a surplus of running backs that made Johnson expendable. 

Jadeveon Clowney is expected to report to the Houston Texans after their third preseason game.

"From what I understand, the tentative plan is to show up after the third preseason game -- they play the Cowboys in late August," Ian Rapoport said. "That is my understanding of when Clowney is planning to show up. (He) wouldn't play in the fourth preseason game. Would get a week to make sure he's alright. And I am told he's in great shape. And the Texans don't have any worries there."

Clowney will play on the one-year, $15.97 million tender after he was unable to agree to a long-term deal with the Texans.

"It sounds to me like they are both going to use each other for good," Rapoport said. "Clowney is going to show up and ball. The Texans are going to get one year out of it, and then probably get a comp pick (if he signs elsewhere in free agency). Seems like both sides could benefit."
