Washington Acquires Case Keenum From Broncos

Mar 7, 2019 6:31 PM

The Denver Broncos have agreed to trade Case Keenum to Washington for a sixth round pick in the 2020 draft. Washington will also acquire a 2020 seventh round pick from the Broncos.

Keenum was slated to count $21 million against the Broncos' salary cap for the 2019 season, but he's reworked his deal with Washington. Both Washington and Denver evenly split the $7 million in guaranteed money that was due to Keenum for 2019.

The Broncos had looked to trade Keenum since their acquisition of Joe Flacco.

Raiders Considered One Team Consistently In On Antonio Brown

Mar 5, 2019 5:36 PM

Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic reports the Arizona Cardinals have “no interest” in Brown.

Mike Klis of Denver’s 9News reported Monday the Denver Broncos “are NOT — and have not been — involved in Antonio Brown. Not worth the price.”

Ian Rapoport of NFL.com said Tuesday morning that the Raiders “are the one team continually staying in the mix.”

The Pittsburgh Steelers are committed to trading away Brown this offseason.
