Broncos' Stadium Gets New, Temporary Name

Jun 21, 2018 10:07 AM

The Denver Broncos' home will be known as Broncos Stadium at Mile High while the team continues to look for a new naming-rights sponsor.

The temporary name change was announced Wednesday following a vote by the district that oversees the taxpayer-built stadium.

The stadium has had two naming-rights sponsors since it opened in 2001, most recently Sports Authority. Both names included a reference to the Broncos' original stadium. The team took down large signs with Sports Authority's name earlier this year after the company declared bankruptcy and stopped making payments.

Broncos OC Feels New Offense Will Be 'Great' For QBs

Jun 4, 2018 9:28 AM

The Denver Broncos are installing a new offense under returning coordinator Bill Musgrave.

Musgrave took over with a half-dozen games remaining last season when the team fired Mike McCoy amid a six-game losing streak.

The offense is expected to be led by Case Keenum, who was signed in free agency.

"It's really a system that we built as a staff this offseason," Musgrave said. "We had wholesale changes on the offensive staff. We have our framework that I'm comfortable with and that I can teach and call in a timely manner. And then our staff has put together what we feel is a great system for our players, especially our QBs."
