The Cardinals have traded running back J.J. Arrington to the Eagles in exchange for outside linebacker Joe Mays.
Philadelphia had interest in a versatile backup tailback, and Denver was searching for an inside linebacker who could fill the special-teams role vacated by Mario Haggan.

Tebow Signs $33M Deal With Broncos
Tim Tebow and the Broncos have agreed to a five-year, $33 million contract, with $8.7 million guaranteed.
Tebow missed three practices before coming to terms and likely will report to the Broncos for Friday morning's workout. Training camp officially starts Sunday with the first full-squad, full-pads session.
Broncos, Tebow Working To Seal Deal
The Broncos and rookie Tim Tebow are working to finalize a contract so the quarterback can report to training camp, according to sources.
The progress has begun and the deal could be completed within the next 48 hours, according to one source.
The entire team doesn't take the field until Sunday but Denver's quarterbacks Kyle Orton and Brady Quinn are participating in camp.
Tebow May Reluctantly Hold Out
Broncos rookie quarterback Tim Tebow could reluctantly hold out from training camp.
"That's not about Tim Tebow; that's between the agent and the Broncos," former Broncos quarterback John Elway said Thursday. "The players want to play. Tim doesn't want to hold out. If it's close, he'll be there, I guarantee you."
Denver's rookies are to report Wednesday for their first training-camp practice.
Dumervil, Broncos Agree To Extension
The Broncos have agree to terms on a contract extension with linebacker Elvis Dumervil.
Dumervil opted to sign his restricted free-agent tender last month.
Denver didn't disclose the terms of the contract, but according to multiple sources, the six-year deal was worth $61.5 million and includes between $41 million and $43 million in guarantees.
Nike Releases Special Tim Tebow Shoe
EA Sports and Nike have released a special shoe for Tim Tebow.
The limited edition shoes are made of blue synthetic leather with an orange midsole and green accents. Perhaps the most interesting part of the shoe is the word "PROMISE" on the left heel with the date "September 27th, 2008" printed below it, marking the day of Tebow's famous postgame speech following a 31-30 loss to Ole Miss that many fans look at as the catalyst behind the Gators making a run to capture the BCS Championship on Jan. 8, 2009. As an added treat, Tebow's speech is printed verbatim on the insole of the shoe.
On the right heel, the shoe features the year marking Tebow's Heisman Trophy (2007), the years Tebow won the BCS title game (2007, 2009) and his All-America years (2007, 2008, 2009). The shoe also has the EA Sports logo on the tongue and "NCAA 11" in green and white letters across the velcro strap.
The shoes will be released in "extremely limited quantities in the very near future," according to Solecollector.com.
Broncos Awarded Barton Off Waivers
The Broncos have been assigned offensive lineman Kirk Barton off waivers.
Detroit waived the second-year player on Tuesday.
Decker On Schedule For Denver's Camp
Rookie receiver Eric Decker is on schedule to join the Broncos for the start of training camp.
Decker, a third-round draft pick out of Minnesota, is participating in Larry Fitzgerald's star-studded camp this week.
He injured his left foot in a game against Ohio State in October. Decker suffered a Lisfranc injury, a tear of the ligament that holds the first two toes in place.
"Oh yeah. I didn't get a chance to practice in OTAs and minicamp," he said. "I'm a little nervous and I'm anxious because I'm back to football, I'm back playing, I'm done in the training room and that's exciting to me."
Steelers, Broncos Looking At Flozell Adams
Flozell Adams visited the Steelers on Tuesday, but the Broncos are still alive in the race to sign the free-agent offensive tackle.
Pittsburgh lost offensive lineman Willie Colon to a torn Achilles tendon last month.
Flozell was in line to receive upwards of $7 million from the Cowboys before his release earlier in the offseason, and is apparently asking for at least $4 million from his new team.
