Super Bowl ticket-holders displaced during the seating fiasco at Cowboys Stadium in February said in a court filing they should be compensated for lost income on top of the other expenses they incurred.
Ticket holders who lost their seats or had obstructed views "at a very minimum" should be paid for lost income suffered as a result of traveling to suburban Arlington.
The lawsuit was filed after 1,250 temporary seats were declared unsafe just hours before the game between the Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
It says 475 ticket holders were forced to watch from standing-room locations while others were relocated.

Eagles, Cowboys, Ravens Are Favorites For Asomugha
The Eagles, Cowboys and Ravens appear to be the favorites to land free-agent cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha once free agency begins.
Free agency has been delayed by the NFL lockout, but Asomugha is expected to command top dollar and tons of attention once a labor agreement is reached.
Peter Kings of Sports Illustrated labeled Asomugha as the best defensive free agent since Deion Sanders.
Roy Williams: Lockout Helps Older Players
Cowboys wide receiver Roy Williams sees a silver lining in the NFL lockout: it gives the league's veterans some more time to rest their bodies.
Williams is about to enter his eighth season.
"I talked to a player who was contemplating retirement, but the lockout has gotten his body back to where it needs to be," Williams said. "For us older players, it's good."

Lawyer: Dez Bryant Still Owes Money
Despite claims otherwise by Dez Bryant over the weekend, a lawyer said the Cowboys wide receiver still owes more than $600,000 and that a lawsuit is still pending.
"I have a handle on it and it's done," Bryant said over the weekend. "It's in the past and I'm ready to go ahead from here."
Bryant still owes Colleyville jeweler and ticket broker Eleow Hunt a little more than $600,000 for jewelry, tickets and personal loans, according to attorney Beth Ann Blackwood.
Blackwood said the lawsuit is on hold while Bryant's attorney is in special session in Austin.
Dez Bryant Set To 'Go To Work'
After a rough offseason, Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant says he's ready for the upcoming NFL season.
"There will be an NFL season and I think we will start on time," Bryant said. "I know Dallas will be ready to go, and I'll be ready to put on my helmet and go to work."
Bryant said he had no lingering effects from the broken ankle he suffered against Indianapolis in early December.
"I'm very determined to stay healthy this season," Bryant said. "I'm working hard and I am staying focused on that. I'm running routes every day to get ready. It was 104 degrees yesterday and I was running gassers. I feel good and I'm ready to play."
