Vick Feels He Cheated Falcons

Nov 12, 2014 1:53 PM

Michael Vick, in an interview with Bob Costas of NBC Sports that will air on Sunday night, said that he feels as though he cheated the Falcons organization. Atlanta drafted Vick with the first overall pick in 2001, well before he spent time in jail for a federal dog-fighting conviction. "In so many ways, I do," Vick said when asked if he felt he cheated Atlanta. "I feel like I cheated the organization. I didn't give them my all. I gave them everything on the field, 100 percent but sometimes that's not enough."

Roddy White Insists He'll Face Ravens

Oct 8, 2014 3:26 AM

Falcons wide receiver Roddy White insists he'll face the Ravens on Thursday night despite a knee injury. White, who did not practice Monday or Tuesday, said that he sustained a bruised right knee during the first quarter of Sunday's 27-21 victory over the Buccaneers. "I came down kind of funny," said White. "(The medical staff) did some good things for me, put my brace and just see if I can go. I went out there and didn't feel much pain, so I kept going."
