Matthew Judon has signed his $16.3 million franchise tender with the Baltimore Ravens.

The deadline to sign tagged players to long-term deals is July 15.

Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta confirmed earlier this month that the sides have been talking about an extension and expressed optimism that a deal could eventually be reached.

The Seattle Seahawks have signed Carlos Hyde to a one-year deal.

Hyde rushed for 1,070 yards and six touchdowns on 245 carries for the Houston Texans last season.

Hyde was a second round pick by the San Francisco 49ers in 2014.

Rashaad Penny suffered a torn ACL last season, while Chris Carson is coming off a hip injury.

Joe Flacco has agreed to a one-year deal with the New York Jets.

Flacco will compete for the back up quarterback job when he's healthy and ready.

Flacco spent last season with the Denver Broncos.

Geno Smith and the Seattle Seahawks have agreed to a one-year deal.

Smith joined the Seahawks in 2019 as Russell Wilson's backup.

Smith was a second round pick in 2013 by the Jets.

The New York Jets expect to sign Logan Ryan on a one-year deal.

The Jets have $14 million in salary cap space after June 1st, but there is concern about ownership's willingness to spend this year. The Jets have been operating under cash-flow restricts this offseason.

Ryan had a great season with the Tennessee Titans in 2019. Ryan was looking for $10 million on a short-term deal.

The Baltimore Ravens have re-signed Pernell McPhee to a one-year contract.

McPhee will compete for playing time at the Ravens' rush linebacker position with Jaylon Ferguson and Jihad Ward.

McPhee was having a resurgent season in his return to Baltimore before missing the final nine games of 2019 with a torn triceps.

Frank Gore has agreed to a one-year deal with the New York Jets.

Gore will split carries with Le'Veon Bell.

Gore turns 37 on May 14th and is the third-leading rusher in NFL history. Gore played for Adam Gase with the Miami Dolphins in 2018.

Gore had 599 rushing yards and 3.6 yards per carry last season with the Buffalo Bills.

The Kansas City Chiefs have added a developmental quarterback in Shea Patterson of Michigan.

Patterson was signed as an undrafted rookie.

The Chiefs also recently signed Jordan Ta'amu, who played with the St. Louis BattleHawks of the XFL.

Chad Henne is under contract to presumably serve as the No. 2 to Patrick Mahomes.

The Dallas Cowboys have agreed to a one-year deal with the Dallas Cowboys.

Dalton's deal has a base value of $3 million and could be worth up to $7 million. 

Dalton lives in Dallas and played collegiately at TCU in Fort Worth.

There was some speculation Dalton could end up as a starter with the Jacksonville Jaguars or New England Patriots.
