The Minnesota Vikings have agreed to terms on a five-year, $72 million contract extension with Danielle Hunter.

The deal includes $40 million in guaranteed money, with a $15 million signing bonus. The annual average worth is more than $14 million, on par with fellow Vikings defensive end Everson Griffen.

"I had to get this out of the way," Hunter said, acknowledging relief to have signed before training camp. "I didn't want to be bothered by anything."

The San Francisco 49ers have signed Laken Tomlinson to a three-year contract extension.

The deal is worth a max of $18 million with $10 million guaranteed to Tomlinson.

Tomlinson started 15 games at left guard for the Niners in 2017 after coming over in a trade with the Detroit Lions in late August.

The Carolina Panthers have signed D.J. Moore to his four-year rookie contract.

The deal comes with a fifth-year team-option.

Moore is expected to step in as an immediate starter for the Panthers.

The Dallas Cowboys and Zack Martin have agreed upon a six-year contract extension.

Martin will become the NFL's highest paid guard with the biggest guarantee as well.

Martin has made the Pro Bowl in each of his four NFL seasons.

The Cleveland Browns have agreed to a three-year, $15.6 million contract extension with Duke Johnson.

According to sources, the contract carries $7.74 million in guaranteed money.

The running back led the Browns with 74 catches for 693 yards receiving last season.

J.J. Wilcox was on the verge of signing with the San Francisco 49ers when he changed his mind.

Wilcox is now expected to sign with the New York Jets, according to sources.

The reversal stunned the 49ers. He had agreed to terms on a one-year contract and was meeting with the team's defensive backs coach before practice earlier this week.
