Phillips spent the first nine seasons of his career with the San Diego Chargers.

Phillips had 9.5 sacks and 33 tackles last season.

The San Francisco 49ers have signed Cameron Morrah, according to a source.

Morrah has 16 catches for 194 yards over three seasons and was waived by the Seattle Seahawks before the start of 2012 following a toe injury.

Morrah, a tight end, played at Cal.

The 49ers are also expected to use a high draft pick on a tight end to help replace Delanie Walker.

The Indianapolis Colts have re-signed cornerback Josh Gordy.

The third-year player was an exclusive rights free agent.

Indianapolis made a trade for Gordy last August and he finished the season with 15 tackles and his first career sack.

The Kansas City Chiefs have signed former Kansas State linebacker Zac Diles.

Diles has spent six seasons in the NFL after he was drafted in the seventh round by the Houston Texans.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are welcoming cornerback Eric Wright back after restructuring his contract.

He was set to make $7.75 million, but the team voided his contract after he was suspended late last year for violating the league's policy on banned substances. His new deal is reportedly worth $1.5 million with a chance to double the value.

Tampa Bay also re-signed quarterback Dan Orlovsky, who they had released earlier this offseason.

The Seattle Seahawks have signed Brady Quinn to serve as their backup quarterback.

Quinn, Matt Leinart, Tyler Thigpen and Seneca Wallace threw for Seattle's coaching staff on Monday.

Massaquoi, 26, started five games last season for the Cleveland Browns, finishing with 17 catches for 245 yards.

Patterson is the second former Philadelphia Eagles tackle to sign with the Giants, following in the footsteps of Cullen Jenkins.

The Buffalo Bills have signed defensive tackle Alan Branch to a one-year contract.

Branch's agent, Blake Baratz, says that the contract is worth $3 million and includes $350,000 in incentives.

He has started 31 games over the past two seasons for the Seattle Seahawks, registering 64 tackles and four sacks.
