The Philadelphia Eagles have signed 6-foot-7 wide receiver Ifeanyi Momah.

Momah recently clocked a 4.4 40-yard dash.

A recipient of a three-year deal, he spent all of last season recovering from a knee injury suffered at Boston College as a senior in 2011.

The New England Patriots have signed Michael Jenkins, according to a league source.

Jenkins, 30, has played the last two seasons with the Minnesota Vikings after starting his career with the Atlanta Falcons.

He hauled in 40 catches for 449 yards and two touchdowns last season.

Kevin Burnett has signed with the Oakland Raiders.

Burnett's brother, Kaelin, is also on the Riaders' roster.

Burnett is the third linebacker signed by the Raiders in the past week. 

The Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to a one-year contract with Plaxico Burress for the veteran's minimum.

Burress was signed by the Steelers in November.

The New York Jets have signed David Garrard.

Garrard recently worked out for the Jets and will backup Mark Sanchez.
