Dixon Signs Two-Year Deal With Eagles

Dennis Dixon has signed a two-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Dixon has prior experience running Chip Kelly's offense during their time together at Oregon.

In four career NFL games, Dixon has completed 59.3 percent of his passes for 402 yards, one touchdown, two interceptions and a passer rating of 71.4.

The Eagles are expected to have a three-way competition at quarterback between Michael Vick, Nick Foles and Dixon.

Terrell Thomas Sign One-Year Deal With Giants

Cornerback Terrell Thomas has signed a one-year deal with the New York Giants.

Thomas re-injured his ACL during training camp last season.

Thomas was slated to start opposite Corey Webster in training camp last season as he was returning from a torn ACL suffered during the preseason in 2011.

Titans Hire Gregg Williams To Assist With Defense

The NFL has reinstated Gregg Williams after suspending him for his role in the Saints' bounty scandal, and the Titans have added him to their coaching staff as a senior assistant for its defense.

The league ended Williams' indefinite suspension Thursday and approved the Titans' one-year contract with Williams.
