Shayne Graham Signs With Dolphins
The Dolphins have signed veteran kicker Shayne Graham for Sunday's game against the Bills.

He hurt his right groin in practice Thursday and was limited in Friday's workout for the Dolphins, who started the season 0-7 but have won their last two games.
Buccaneers Sign McCargo To Replace McCoy
The Buccaneers have signed defensive tackle John McCargo, filling a roster spot that opened when Gerald McCoy was lost for the season with a torn right biceps.
McCargo spent five seasons with the Bills after being selected in the first round of the 2006 NFL draft.
McCoy was placed on injured reserve after being injured in last weekend's game at New Orleans.
Bills Add Kicker Dave Rayner
Dave Rayner has agreed to a contract with the Bills to fill in for veteran kicker Rian Lindell, who is out indefinitely after hurting his right shoulder last weekend.
Rayner's agent, Paul Sheehy, confirmed the move in a text message Tuesday.
Besides Rayner, the Bills also worked out Rhys Lloyd, Shayne Graham and Brandon Coutu on Tuesday, according to a league source.
Lions Bring Back Kevin Smith, Sign Leonard Davis
The Lions finalized two one-year contracts Monday, re-signing running back Kevin Smith and adding former Cowboys guard Leonard Davis, according to a league source.
Smith has not played this season and has a history of injury. He appeared in six games for the Lions last season, rushing for 133 yards.
In his rookie season of 2008, Smith rushed for 976 yards and eight touchdowns.
Meanwhile, it is unclear where Davis fits on Detroit's offensive line or what corresponding roster move the Lions will make to add Davis to the team.
Chargers Sign Everette Brown
The Chargers have signed Everette Brown as a linebacker.
Carolina cut Brown, who they played as a defensive end, earlier this year just two seasons after giving up a first-round pick in 2010 for the right to draft him in the second round of the 2009 NFL Draft.
Raiders Sign Houshmandzadeh
The Raiders signed T.J. Houshmandzadeh to a contract on Tuesday, reuniting him with Carson Palmer.
Palmer and Houshmandzadeh were teammates in Cincinnati for six seasons and both had their greatest success when they were together.
A source told ESPN.com's John Clayton that Houshmandzadeh accepted a one-year, $910,000 deal after Palmer encouraged the Raiders to look at the veteran wideout.
