The NFL will suspend Jameis Winston for the first three games of the 2018 season for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy.

The suspension stems from an alleged incident with a female Uber drive in March of 2016.

Winston is not expected to appeal the suspension.

Andrew Luck threw in front of the media for the first time since he was shut down for the season last October.

Luck had surgery on his right shoulder in January of 2017 and missed the entire 2018 season.

Luck made 20-25 throws with a high school sized ball.

Luck said in April that his goal is to enter training camp in late July without any restrictions on his right shoulder.

"There's a process," Luck said on April 10. "I've gone and skipped steps before and paid for it. Been in pain and not able to help the team. Embarrassed, guilty, whatever. I'm not going to do that again. I trust the people I'm working with. More importantly, I trust myself in this process. I trust how I feel."

Julian Edelman's positive test for performance enhancing drugs was triggered by a substance that wasn't immediately recognizable.

Scientists are reportedly still analyzing the substance.

In the offseason, positive tests for stimulants fall under the substances of abuse rather than the PED policy.

Julian Edelman has received a four-game suspension for performance enhancing drugs.

The suspension is currently under appeal.

Edelman missed the entire 2017 season after suffering a torn ACL in the preseason.
