The Cleveland Browns have officially activated Josh Gordon from the Commissioner's Exempt List.

The Browns will start Gordon at wide receiver in Week 13.

Gordon last played in the NFL during the 2014 season.

Greg Olsen has been reinstated to the Carolina Panthers' 53-man roster and will play in Sunday's game against the Jets.

Olsen suffered a broken foot in Week 2 and missed the past eight games.

Ron Rivera said Olsen had a good week of practice, doing everything he has been asked "and then some."

The Panthers have a 7-3 record.

Devonta Freeman has been ruled out for Week 12 as he remains in the concussion protocol.

Freeman also missed last week's game due to the injury.

Freeman returned to practice in a limited role Thursday. Freeman wore a black, no-contact jersey the past two days of practice.

Freeman has 515 rushing yards on 116 carries this season.

Ezekiel Elliott has announced he will drop his remaining appeals and serve his six-game suspension in full.

Elliott has been in a protracted legal battle against the NFL in regards to his suspension from August.

The second circuit court has denied Ezekiel Elliott's motion for an injunction, which means his six-game suspension will finally start immediately.

Elliott was initially suspended in early August by the NFL for an alleged domestic violence incident in 2016.

Elliott has rushed for 783 yards and seven touchdowns on 191 carries this season to go with 19 catches for 210 yards and an additional two touchdowns.

Elliott will be eligible to return on Dec. 24th.

The Jacksonville Jaguars benched Leonard Fournette for Week 9 for a violation of a team rule.

"Leonard Fournette is not playing in today's game due to an infraction of a team rule," coach Doug Marrone said in a statement. "This has been addressed internally and further details will not be made public."

Fournette missed the Jaguars' team photo earlier in the week.

Fournette is sixth in the NFL in rushing with 596 yards and has scored seven touchdowns in six games.

Ezekiel Elliott's lawyers have attempted to settle with the NFL to reduce his six-game suspension.

Elliott received a six-game suspension on Aug. 11 for a violation of the NFL's personal conduct policy related to domestic violence allegations by a former girlfriend. 

Elliott and the NFL have gone back and forth in the courts throughout the season.

The NFL is unlikely to agree upon a settlement with Elliott.

Ezekiel Elliott will play on Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs after his stay was granted by the Second U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday.

Elliott is facing a six-game suspension for an alleged domestic violence incident from 2016.

Elliott has been in an almost weekly court battle against the NFL.

Deshaun Watson suffered a torn ACL during practice on Thursday, an on-site test confirmed.

Watson will undergo an MRI for what was a non-contact injury to further diagnose the extent of the injury. Watson also suffered a torn ACL in his freshman season at Clemson.

Watson has been one of the NFL's best quarterbacks since becoming the Texans' starting quarterback.

The NFL named Watson AFC Offensive Player of the Month for October.

Tom Savage will start for the Texans moving forward.

The NFL has conditionally reinstated Josh Gordon.

Gordon will become eligible to practice on November 20th and can return to the Browns' 53-man roster on November 27th.
