Eddie Lacy Has Lost 15-18 Pounds With P90X Founder Tony Horton

Apr 19, 2016 11:47 AM

Eddie Lacy's weight loss has impressed his Green Bay Packers' teammates.

When they last saw Lacy, he was being called out by Mike McCarthy, who said his running back "cannot play at the weight he was at [last] year."

"I was going to crack a joke, but I won't. He looked good," Nelson said Monday. "We're glad to have everyone back, get ready to work. That will be for him to answer. I didn't ask him how much he weighed or his percent body fat or how fast he ran."

Lacy has lost between 15-18 pounds since the end of last season.

McCarthy denied a report that the Packers told Lacy to lose 30 pounds.

Lacy spent most of the last three months working out under the guidance of P90X founder Tony Horton, first in Wyoming and then in California.

"He looked good," Aaron Rodgers said. "Obviously been doing a lot of P90X."

Jimmy Graham, Thomas Rawls Expected To Play In Week 1

Apr 14, 2016 2:04 PM

The Seattle Seahawks expect Jimmy Graham and Thomas Rawls to be ready for their opener in Week 1.

"Yeah, at this point, I would be," John Schneider said when asked if he'd be shocked if they weren't ready. "Right now, their rehab's going well. We're trying to get them ready for the season. We're not trying to get them ready to play Minnesota in the preseason."

Graham suffered a torn patellar tendon on Nov. 29th and Rawls broke his ankle on Dec. 13th.

Rawls did not undergo surgery, but wasn't running more than three months after the break.

Hyde elaborated on what "good" means.

"If we played tomorrow," Hyde said, "I'd be ready to go."
