AT&T Stadium in Dallas will host the 2018 NFL Draft.
The NFL has taken its draft on the road in each of the past three seasons in Chicago and Philadelphia.
This will be the first draft hosted in an NFL stadium.
"Philadelphia raised the bar by taking the Draft to another level, and this new opportunity in Dallas will enable us to continue the event's evolution and grow it even further," Roger Goodell said in a release. "We are grateful to the Dallas Cowboys, the cities of Arlington, Dallas, and Frisco, and the Dallas Sports Commission for their leadership in turning this vision into reality."
After Week 5 of the 2017 NFL regular season, both the contending teams and those that will be at the top of the draft are becoming more clear.
The Cleveland Browns are 0-5 and have a 49 percent chance of the top pick, according to ESPN's Football Power Index. FPI gives them a 96.3 percent chance of a top-five pick. The Browns are now 1-20 since Jimmy Haslam put together their unconventional front office.
The San Francisco 49ers are also 0-5 and have a 32.2 percent chance of the top pick and 91.7 percent chance of a top-five pick.
The Chicago Bears and Indianapolis Colts also have better than a 50 percent chance of a top-five pick.
The No. 1 ranked prospect in the United States, quarterback Justin Fields, has committed to Georgia.
Fields elected Georgia over Florida State, Auburn, LSU and Alabama after making a number of visits to various programs since June.
Fields committed to Penn State previously but back out of it on June 6th.
Fields becomes the first No. 1 overall prospect to pick Georgia in the 13 years that ESPN has ranked prospects.
The Cleveland Browns have a 49.8 percent chance of securing the No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. The Browns are 0-4 and have a point differential of -44.
The San Francisco 49ers have the second-highest odds of finishing with the top overall pick at 17.1 percent.
Sam Darnold and Saquon Barkley are currently the top two prospects on Mel Kiper Jr.'s 2018 Big Board.
The Browns and 49ers also had the top-2 picks in last year's draft.
