The Rams will hold a private workout with Colt McCoy before next month's NFL Draft, according to a league source. St. Louis is expected to take Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford with the first overall pick, which makes their interest in McCoy noteworthy.

The Raiders have received offers for the eighth overall pick. An unknown team has offered Oakland a second-round pick this year and first-round pick in 2011 for the eighth pick next month, according to San Francisco Chronicle. The deal would allow the Raiders to get back in the 2011 first round after they dealt their pick to the Patriots in the Richard Seymour deal.

Patriots head coach Bill Belichick and personnel head Nick Caserio dined with Tim Tebow on Monday night, according to sources. Tebow had been in Buffalo, making the rounds with Bills personnel, and was scheduled for a private workout with the Patriots.

Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford could refuse a pre-draft contract with the Rams, according to Pro Football Talk, which cited multiple league and media sources. In the past four years, the only top pick not signed prior to the draft was Oakland's JaMarcus Russell, who held out into the regular season. If Bradford declines a pre-draft agreement, he could slide to the Redskins with the fourth pick, at worst.

The Rams are expected to use the first overall pick on Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford, but they won't make a final decision until after the team holds a private workout for him on April 19, according to a team source. Bradford went through his first public workout on Monday in front of the Rams and other NFL teams at Oklahoma's pro day in Norman.

Punter Zoltan Mesko is set to workout for the Eagles on Tuesday at the University of Michigan, according to a source. The All-Big Ten Conference punter held a private workout with the Chiefs last week.

Stanford running back Toby Gerhart will hold a private workout for the Jets on Monday. According to an NFL source with knowledge of the situation, Gerhart will visit the Chargers on Thursday. Gerhart worked out for the Broncos last week.

The Patriots are expected to take long looks at USC wide receiver Damien Williams and tight end Anthony McCoy. New England reportedly met with Williams last week, and another team contingent will be at USC's pro day on Wednesday to review both players, as well defensive end Everson Griffen, safety Taylor Mays and offensive tackle Charles Brown.

The Browns will spend time evaluating quarterbacks Sam Bradford of Oklahoma and Jimmy Clausen of Notre Dame leading up to next month's NFL Draft. Cleveland will either visit Bradford and Clausen or have the quarterbacks come to them. The Browns have the No. 7 overall pick in the draft, and Browns president Mike Holmgren has said he will consider taking a quarterback with that pick -- or trading up for one.

Notre Dame quarterback Jimmy Clausen has interviews set up with at least five teams picking at the front of the NFL draft, according to a source. Over the next few days, Clausen will meet with the Rams, Redskins, Browns, Bills and Jaguars.
