ESPN.com is reporting that the Miami Dolphins are willing to listen to offers for the first overall pick in this spring's NFL Draft.
"We're open for business," new Dolphins' General Manager Jeff Ireland told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

Top 103 Draft Board For 2008, Version 1.0
This is a conglomeration of my opinion, the opinions of several scouts and front office people I?ve talked with, and the opinions of some other ?web? evaluators I trust and respect. There is a fine line between weighing upside potential and what a player has already proven he can do. This is not indicative of anticipated draft position and will see some fluidity following the Senior Bowl and Combine.
Why 103, you ask? Because if we can all arbitrarily assign rank to these unproven NFL commodities, why not use an arbitrary number of rankings?

OSU Returns Pair, But Gholston To Enter Draft
If Ohio State is to make a run for a third-straight appearance in the BCS championship game next season, some familiar stars will be there to help the cause.
Brian Robiskie, the Buckeyes' top receiver, and star cornerback Malcom Jenkins will both return for their senior seasons. Jenkins' decision to return was reported by ESPN's Joe Schad.
However, the Buckeyes will lose defensive end Vernon Gholston, who told Schad he will enter the NFL draft. Additionally, Jenkins said linebacker James Laurinaitis and linebacker Marcus Freeman are torn about returning to Ohio State or entering the NFL draft, Schad reported.
Gholston surpassed Mike Vrabel's single-season school record with 14 sacks and was eighth on the team with 37 tackles. He is listed at 264 pounds and could be drafted in the first round.
Rutgers' RB Rice Will Enter NFL Draft
Ray Rice will skip his senior year to enter the NFL draft after becoming the leading rusher in Rutgers' history and transforming the Scarlet Knights into a Top 25 team.
"I have always dreamed of playing in the NFL, and I felt the time is right to pursue the opportunity to play at the next level," he said in a statement Tuesday.
His decision came three days after he ran for 280 yards and scored four touchdowns in a 52-30 victory over Ball State in the International Bowl. It was Rutgers' third straight bowl game and second straight bowl win after the school went 27 years without qualifying for a bowl.
In his three seasons, the Scarlet Knights were 26-12 after failing to finish above .500 in the 12 previous seasons.
"I am very happy for Ray and his family," Rutgers' Coach Greg Schiano said. "He has been one of the elite players in college football during his career at Rutgers. Although we will miss him greatly, we all look forward to watching him play on Sundays."
Sources: Spartan WR Thomas To Enter NFL Draft
Michigan State junior wide receiver Devin Thomas, who ranked among the NCAA leaders in four major receiving and kickoff return categories for 2007, will forego his final season of college eligibility and enter the 2008 NFL draft, ESPN.com has learned.
Thomas, who has already filed the necessary paperwork with the league office, is expected to be selected in the first or second round, according to a source. He likely will make a formal announcement next week.
Only a one-year starter for the Spartans, Thomas had a breakout season in 2007, smashing the school's single-season record for all-purpose yards, set by tailback Lorenzo White in 1985.
In 13 games, Thomas registered 79 receptions for 1,260 yards and eight touchdowns, leading Michigan State in all of those categories. He returned 39 kickoffs for 1,135 yards, a 29.1-yard average. Thomas also had 27 carries for 177 yards and seven punt returns for 18 yards. For the season Thomas totaled 2,590 all-purpose yards.
Texas RB Jamaal Charles Going Pro
Texas junior running back Jamaal Charles, who rushed for 1,619 yards this season, announced Wednesday he will leave the Longhorns to enter the NFL draft.
Charles joined Ricky Williams, Earl Campbell and Cedric Benson as the only Longhorns to rush for more than 1,500 yards in a season. He had 161 yards and two touchdowns in Texas' Pacific Life Holiday Bowl win over Arizona State. The Longhorns finished 10-3.
Falcons, Raiders, Chiefs To Flip Coin For Draft Spots
Atlanta, Kansas City and Oakland are involved in a complicated coin flip scenario to decide the third, fourth and fifth picks in the NFL draft in April.
The first pick will go to Miami (1-15) and the second to St. Louis (3-13).
Then come the Falcons, Raiders and Chiefs, teams that finished 4-12 and tied in the strength of schedule factor. The New York Jets, who also had a 4-12 record, will pick sixth because they played a stronger schedule, one of the determining factors in the draft order.
The Falcons, Chiefs and Raiders all had the same strength of schedule -- they played teams that finished with a winning percentage of .516 compared to .523 for Jets' opponents.
