Reuben Foster's roster spot with the San Francisco 49ers is in jeopardy after he was charged with three felonies resulting from a February arrest related to an alleged domestic violence incident.

Foster isn't participating in team activities while he deals with his legal matters.

John Lynch said Monday that Foster could rejoin the 49ers if circumstances change, but he'll be cut loose if found guilty.

"The gravity of these charges has not been lost on us," Lynch said. "We take it extremely seriously. We do feel like patience is the right approach right now. We're gonna learn things through this legal process. I do want to be abundantly clear that if these charges are proven true, if Reuben did indeed hit this young lady, he will not be part of this organization going forward."

John Harbaugh and Ozzie Newsome will be questioned at the practice facility of the Baltimore Ravens as part of Colin Kaepernick's collusion grievance.

The Ravens considered signing Kaepernick last offseason.

The Ravens signed Robert Griffin III this week after he worked out at their practice facility.
