Herm Says Chiefs Have Shut Door On Law
Herm Edwards says that the team is done with free-agent cornerback Ty Law, according to the Boston Herald.
"We?re going in a different direction, and Ty knows that," Edwards said. "We had a great conversation at the end of the season. He knew at the end of the season we were probably going in this direction."
"He can still play," Edwards added. "He can still play. He?ll play somewhere."
Minnesota Looking To Add Houston's Rosenfels
The Minnesota Vikings are looking to acquire quarterback Sage Rosenfels from the Houston Texans, according to the Star Tribune.
The team would love to make him the the backup behind Tarvaris Jackson.
They list adding Rosenfels to their roster as priorities even with that of signing wide receiver Bernard Berrian and safety Madieu Williams.
Owners Approve 50 Percent Sale Of Dolphins To Stephen Ross
NFL owners unanimously approved Wayne Huizenga?s sale of 50 percent of the Dolphins to Stephen Ross on Monday at the league meetings, according to an Associated Press report.
Huizenga will remain as managing partner of the club for the near future, setting no timetable for when Ross will take command. Ross is spending about $550M for his share of the team.

Pats To Bring McFadden In For Talk
The Patriots are planning to bring running back Darren McFadden in for a talk before the 2008 NFL Draft, according to the Boston Globe.
New England has the seventh overall selection in the draft, with RealGM's NFL insider Jeff Risdon listing McFadden as the fourth selection in the Draft.
Pricetag For $1B Cowboys' Stadium Rising
The new stadium for the Cowboys, initially expected to cost around $1 billion, could increase in price, according to the Dallas Business Journal.
Expenditures have already cost the city of Arlington an additional $80,000 since February, and the bills are expected to begin piling up.
The main culprit for the spike in costs has been increased internet rates, something the team and city are at the mercy of as they work towards completing the new building.
Ogden: No Minicamp, Undecided On Future
Jonathan Ogden plans to decide whether or not he will retire before late April's NFL Draft, according to the Baltimore Sun.
"If I can't play football the way I'm used to [playing], then I'm not going to [return]," Ogden said Sunday. "If I think I can, I want to give it a shot."
He won't be able to participate in the Ravens' early minicamps because of a lingering toe injury and remains undecided on his future in the NFL.
"If I had to make a decision today, I probably would say I would retire," Ogden said. "That's why I'm not making it right now. I want to feel good. Last year, I was injured the entire season, and it [stunk]. I don't want to go through that again."

Pacman Jones is confident that he's done with the Titans and he has already selected a number to wear for the Cowboys, according to ESPN.com.
"I really think my days being a Titan [are] over with," Jones told The Tennessean on Saturday. "I enjoyed my stay here. I just think my days as a Titan [are] over with."
