The Oakland Raiders have released Tyler Wilson to create a roster spot to activate left tackle Jared Veldheer.

Wilson has been cut four times this season.

Wilson was a fourth round pick and was beaten out in training camp by Matt McGloin. 

The New England Patriots have released Leon Washington.

Washington has been hampered by an ankle injury and appeared in just two games.

Justin Green, an undrafted defensive back, took Washington's place on the roster.

The Houston Texans have released Ed Reed.

Reed signed with the Texans this offseason after a long career with the Baltimore Ravens.

Reed is contemplating retirement.

The San Francisco 49ers have released Kyle Williams.

The 49ers stood behind Williams after his blown punts in the 2011 NFC Championship Game and a subsequent torn ACL last November.

Williams had just 12 catches for 113 yards and no touchdowns.

The Miami Dolphins have suspended Richie Incognito for his harassment of teammate Jonathan Martin.

The Dolphins are likely to cut Incognito.

"He's done," a ranking club source said Monday. "There are procedures in place and everyone wants to be fair. The NFL is involved. But from a club perspective he'll never play another game here."

The San Francisco 49ers will cut Nnamdi Asomugha on Monday.

The 49ers need to create a roster spot to activate Eric Wright.

Asomugha signed a five-year, $60 million deal with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011, but struggled to regain the form from his days with the Oakland Raiders when he was a four-time All-Pro.

The Buffalo Bills have released Matt Flynn.

The Bills have activated E.J. Manuel.
