George Kittle has dealt with a number of injuries this season.
A new injury was revealed on Monday when the San Francisco 49ers tight end said he's been playing the past two seasons with a torn labrum in his right shoulder.
"So I dislocated my shoulder last year," Kittle said, "and my labrum is completely torn. So I don't get surgery on it... [The protective sleeve] basically helps me, so it doesn't hurt all the time."
Kittle has 173 receptions for 2,430 yards and 10 scores since the start of the 2018 season.
Odell Beckham Jr. underwent successful surgery Tuesday to repair a core muscle injury.
The surgery was performed by Dr. Bill Meyers in Philadelphia, and a full recovery is expected.
Beckham caught 74 passes for 1,035 yards and four touchdowns.
Tevin Coleman suffered a dislocated shoulder during Sunday's NFC Championship Game.
However, the injury shouldn't keep the San Francisco 49ers running back out of Super Bowl LIV against the Kansas City Chiefs on February 2.
"We have got to wait until we get the stuff back, so I don't want to speculate too much, but usually a week to rest it and usually gets back in," Kyle Shanahan said. "I expect him to have a chance to play. Can't hold me to that. We'll find out more after the imaging, but expect him to have a good chance to play."
Coleman rushed for 21 yards on six carries before the injury.
The San Francisco 49ers have surprisingly listed George Kittle on their injury report with an ankle issue.
He did not practice on Wednesday, ahead of Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Green Bay Packers.

The San Francisco 49ers got a lot healthier during their playoff bye week.
They are expected to have four key players back for Saturday's divisional playoff game against the Minnesota Vikings.

Thielen didn't practice on Thursday and the Minnesota Vikings have been secretive on how the injury occurred.
"I don't know," Mike Zimmer said. "We don't talk about things that happened in practice."
Thielen said he "got tangled up" Wednesday but did not provide specifics on how many stitches he received.
"It is what it is," Thielen said. "At that point, you're just trying to figure out how to get out there on Saturday. That's my mindset. Do whatever it takes to get out there Saturday and help this team win."
