Teddy Bridgewater Takes Out $10M Insurance Policy

Teddy Bridgewater has taken out a $10 million insurance policy to protect himself against a career-ending injury.

Bridgewater, entering his junior season at Louisville, is widely considered the top quarterback prospect in the country.

Bridgewater threw for 3,718 yards, 27 touchdowns and eight interceptions last season.

Jadeveon Clowney will begin his junior season at South Carolina this year and is projected as a top-3 selection at defensive end in the 2014 NFL Draft.

Georgia's Mark Richt spoke excessively glowingly about Clowney.

"Seriously, I think he might be the very best player who exists today at any level," said Richt.

Antonio Morrison Arrested For Barking At Police Dog

Antonio Morrison has been arrested for allegedly barking at a police dog and resisting arrest.

Morrison is a sophomore middle linebacker at Florida.

"We don't see that very often at all," he said. "Gainesville Police Department has horses and they see it sometimes. Usually everybody steers clear of the dogs."

Meyer Defends Self, Gators

Ohio State coach Urban Meyer has broken his silence, defending himself and the U. of Florida over the treatment Aaron Hernandez received while playing for the Gators. 

"Prayers and thoughts are with the family and friends of the victim," Meyer texted to the Columbus Dispatch. "Relating or blaming these serious charges to the University of Florida, myself or our staff is wrong and irresponsible."
