Tyreek Hill and his fiance will not face charges for an alleged battery of a child.

According to police reports, officers in Overland Park, Kansas, were called to Hill's home on March 14 to investigate an alleged battery.

District Attorney Stephen M. Howe said that although he believes that a crime occurred, there is not evidence in the case of who committed the crime.

While at Oklahoma State, Hill was convicted of domestic assault for an incident in which he was accused of punching and choking his girlfriend.

Hill could face discipline from the NFL.
