David Johnson has a chance to do something only two players have done in NFL history -- accumulate 1,000 rushing and 1,000 receiving yards in the same season.

Roger Craig did it in 1985 with the San Francisco 49ers and Marshall Faulk reached the marks with the St. Louis Rams in 1999.

Johnson already has 1,085 rushing yards and with three games to go he needs 255 receiving yards to surpass 1,000 for the season. He is averaging 57.3 receiving yards per game in 2016.

Craig finished third in the MVP voting in 1985, while Faulk ended up second to teammate Kurt Warner in 1999.
