Michael Bennett is encouraging the Seattle Seahawks to either improve his contract or get rid of him.

"It is never-ending," Bennett said. "Especially when people are getting new contracts every day. You sit there and you're like, 'Damn, really?' I'm just to the point where it's kind of like, if you don't think I'm valuable, then just get rid of me."

Bennett has two seasons left on his current deal. Bennett was also unhappy last offseason with his contract.

"We're gonna make an effort. An effort so he remains a Seahawk," Pete Carroll said.
