John Harbaugh believes the Baltimore Ravens have turned around their offense this offseason.

Marc Trestman is in his second season as offensive coordinator after being asked to continue the work of Gary Kubiak in Year 1.

Kubiak's scheme was kept in place to serve Joe Flacco, who thrived in the rollout-based attack in 2014.

"We're going to be in much better shape, in terms of building the system ... than we were the first year," Harbaugh said, per the team's official website. "Now the system is more (Trestman's) than it was last year. I think it's more ours than it was last year."
