The Denver Broncos have offered Von Miller a six-year, $114.5 million contract extension, but there is no agreement in sight and the sides are no longer negotiating, according to sources.

Denver's offer includes $39.8 million in guaranteed money.

The deadline for franchise players to sign long-term deals is July 15.

Miller said on Monday that his representatives and the team had made "real progress'' toward a long-term contract.
