Sam Bradford has struggled as quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles, but Chip Kelly continues to stand behind him.

Bradford has nine interceptions through six games, throwing three against the New York Giants.

"Sam's our quarterback," Kelly said Tuesday. "We have complete confidence in Sam."

Mark Sanchez is the No. 2 quarterback this season and he had a similarly bad interception rate last season.

“It is something that I never really had a problem with in my career,” Bradford said after Monday’s game about his interceptions. “I have never thrown a lot of interceptions, so this is kind of new to me. But we’re going to get it fixed.”

Kelly was drawn to Bradford because of his avoidance of interceptions in the past.

“That was one of the reasons we really liked him,” Kelly said. “We thought he was really good with the football.”
