Chip Kelly talked about the Philadelphia Eagles' offseason, which has been tumultuous. 

Kelly claims he's already been offered a first round pick in exchange for Sam Bradford.

Kelly also dismissed reports that the Eagles are trying to move up to pick Marcus Mariota.

"I think Marcus is the best QB in the draft," said Kelly. "We will never mortgage our future to go up and get someone like that."
