Burress Will Talk To Cops, DA

New York Daily News - Giants receiver Plaxico Burress will speak with the NYPD and District Attorney's office on Monday, according to his lawyer.

Burress initially refused to speak with police.

"I may bring him in, but he certainly isn't going to make any statements," Plaxico's attorney, Benjamin Brafman said Sunday afternoon. "We are working on an arrangement but that hasn't been firmed up yet." [READ]
