Reese: Giants Reached Out To Burress

NFL.com - Giants general manager Jerry Reese said that the team has tried to reach out to embattled receiver Plaxico Burress, but have yet to hear from him since the now-infamous shooting incident Friday night.

"I reached out to him," Reese said of Burress at an impromptu news conference at FedEx Field before Sunday's game with the host Washington Redskins. "I did not get a return phone call, so no, we haven't spoken to him yet." [READ]
