The Titans ran all over the Lions on Thursday afternoon, 47-10, thanks to strong efforts by Chris Johnson and LenDale White. Kerry Collins went 11-for-18 with 127 passing yards, and Vince Young went 1-for-1 with 54 yards in garbage time. Johnson rushed sixteen times for 125 yards and two touchdowns, and White added 106 yards and two scores on twenty-three carries. Tennessee rushed out to a 35-10 lead at the half and never looked back. Daunte Culpepper went 13-for-26 with 134 yards, one touchdown and an interception in the loss. Drew Henson, who also came on late in the fourth, went 1-for-2 with 20 passing yards. Rookie Kevin Smith managed just 22 yards on twelve carries, and Calvin Johnson caught five passes for 66 yards. The Loins had just one more first down (6), than the Titans had touchdowns (5) in the game.
