Cadillac Returns To Practice With Bucs
11th November, 2008 - 11:04 am
St. Petersburg Times - Buccaneers' running back Cadillac Williams returned to practice on Monday, and the team is hoping they'll have him back on the field in the near future.

Williams hasn't played since last season because of a lingering knee injury.

He wore shoulder pads and participated in contract drills on Monday.

"He responded to it. It's exciting," Coach Jon Gruden said. "I've said that for a long time. It's almost like Christmas is here. And Christmas is Wednesday, I hope.

"We'll see how he feels. We'll talk to the trainers and the medical people. If my eyes don't deceive me, I think he has a chance to be a player this year, and that would be exciting." [READ]
